Timothy is a trial lawyer. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in Fort Lauderdale, the largest insurance defense law firm in the U.S., with more than 350 defense lawyers, and Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham & Ford, one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida, employing more than 100 lawyers. For many years Timothy has defended the largest insurance companies, physicians and several Fortune 500 Companies in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident, Asbestos and product liability lawsuits. Timothy's unique experience in litigating complex cases for large insurance defense firms is a valuable tool in representing injured clients in personal injury lawsuits against large corporations and insurance companies.
Timothy is admitted to the Florida Bar and also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. Over the years, he has lectured on a variety of topics, including slips, trips and fall and Florida's Good Samaritan Law.
Prior to embarking upon his legal career, Timothy served as a team leader in the United States Army's Airborne Rangers in the Third Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment in Fort Benning, Georgia. There, he not only honed valuable leadership and team-building skills, but also learned to react quickly under pressure and time constraints.
Timothy attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University for his undergraduate degree and earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Association for Justice, The Palm Beach County Association for Justice, the South Palm Beach Bar Association and the Palm Beach Bar Association.
Timothy lives with his Wife, Elizangela, and their son in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Elizangela is from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where they enjoy vacationing every year. Timothy is conversational in Portuguese.

Howard S. Grossman

Howard is a veteran personal injury, workers compensation and admiralty and maritime law trial lawyer. He is Florida Bar Board Certified as an Emeritus Specialist in Workers Compensation, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and voted as a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida.
Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout Florida in product liability, motor vehicle accident, admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act Claims, Longshore and Harborworkers' cases, Defense Base Act claim, medical malpractice, personal injury and worker's, compensation cases since 1984.
